Warranty Services
Ten-year installation warranty
We ensure that every installation meets our rigorous standards by using only Shade Away Blind professional installers, who receive extensive training specific to the products we install. All Shade Away Blinds installations are warranted for ten years against inadequate or improper fastening to walls, ceilings, or window frames, resulting in mechanical malfunction of a failed installation. If a product installed by Shade Away Blinds become uninstalled as a result of faulty installation at any time during the warranty period, Shade Away Blinds will reinstall the product and repair or correct any product damage which was a result of the installation failure. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance.
Seven-year in-home installation service warranty
For the first seven years after we install a product, Shade Away Blinds service technicians will perform warranty repairs in your home, free of charge – without removing the product whenever possible. If the product must be removed for repairs, Shade Away Blinds technicians will remove and re-install the repaired product. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance.
